Girl Scout volunteers go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of girls. At Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois, we know we would not be able to provide exceptional service to our members without the work of our dedicated volunteers. We are seeking candidates for Girl Scouts of the USA Adult Awards. These awards are a gesture of appreciation for all of the hard work, commitment and caring that go into giving each girl in southern Illinois a premier Girl Scout experience.
Each award requires one person to submit the nomination and one to three others to submit endorsements. Think of all the time and energy that GSSI’s volunteers devote to Girl Scouts. Consider taking a few minutes of your time to complete a nomination or endorsement on their behalf. All nominations and endorsements must be received no later than Jan. 20, 2014 (postmarked no later than Jan. 11).
